Fran's Friday Five

This week I have been liking...

Pashley Kingsman

The very attractive new Pashley Kingsman has a frame made from Reynolds 531 steel, painted in a regal ‘Royal Blue’, complimented by a gold half-link chain, hand-made leather grips and Brooks B17 saddle. Available in 3 or 8 speeds.

Brooks Cambium saddles

We now stock more of the Brooks Cambium range. We have the C13, C15, C17 and C19 all in Black Carved along with the C67. Available in-store at the moment but we will put them on our website soon. Call us if you need one posted to you.

Shop Social Rides

We had our first shop social ride of the season last week - a short ride to the Ferryman in Alveston. Why don’t you join us with your Pashley or Moulton for a dozen or so sedate miles, great conversation and a pub stop?

Panaracer Minits Tyres

I’ve finally finished my Moulton TSR build and fitted the Panaracer Minits Lite Tan Wall Tyres. They look great and so far are performing very well. They fit under the Moulton 20” narrow alloy mudguard too.

Garmology Podcast

My current favourite podcast is Garmology - a podcast about clothes and stuff by Nick Johannessen (Well Dressed Dad). He covers menswear, fashion, ethical and sustainably made, old and new, from a perspective of making, buying, wearing, collecting, evaluating and appreciating. The latest episode is with iconic British designer Nigel Cabourn and you can occasionally catch me walking around Stratford in head-to-toe Cabourn.
Listen to it here or wherever you get your podcasts (I’ve always wanted to say that!)
