STORE OPENING

We are still open by appointment only

  • Before coming to our shop, you MUST book your appointment in advance for a test ride by emailing info@traditionalcycleshop.co.uk or using the link below:

    • Book a test ride (BOOK AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE)

  • Please let us know asap if you cannot make a booked appointment so it can be given to another customer.

  • Please turn up at the booked time as you will not be let in early.

  • Customers who turn up without an appointment will not be let in.

  • A maximum of 2 customers (who are symptom free and from the same household) will be able to enter the store at the booked time.

  • Please wear a mask, sanitise your hands upon entry, keep 2 metres between yourselves and our staff members and touch as little as possible when in the shop.


STOCK AND LEAD TIMES

Most bikes are made to order

  • Due to the unprecedented current demand we have a limited amount of stock bikes - you can view them here: PASHLEY / MOULTON.

  • You can pre-order a Pashley that’s already in the production queue here: PASHLEY / MOULTON.

  • If the Pashley or Moulton you want isn’t in stock or on the pre-order list it will be built to order - please check our LEAD TIMES page before ordering.


BIKE DELIVERY

We can deliver most bikes within mainland UK.

We will deliver most bikes within the UK for a flat charge of £30. This means you will have to do a small amount of assembly - usually putting the pedals on and straightening the handlebars and we can talk you through this. There will need to be someone home all day to receive the bike as our specialist courier does not offer time slots. Because of the volume of deliveries the courier is presently doing, the delivery has occasionally slipped over to the next day - please be aware that this is a possibility. If any of the above is a problem then please specify in-store collection. This service excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.


WEB ORDERS

They are all sent out once a week on Thursday irrespective of which day they are ordered.

Shipping is also taking longer than usual due to the volume of deliveries.


SERVICING AND REPAIRS FOR PASHLEY AND MOULTON BIKES

We are currently only taking bookings for servicing or repairs on Pashley or Moulton bikes we have supplied.

We never service, repair or supply parts for other brands.
